Learning, Training & Development: Develop and render high quality and customized Training Modules and delivery to suit the Training Needs of the organization. Learning is a continual process. Some of the key learning areas delivered are Leadership & Team Development, Managing Change & Communication, HR & Talent Management for Line Management, Performance Management, Train the Trainer. We also do soft skills training particularly in the area of Customer service, Sales & Negotiation Skills, English Language (Level I, II & III), Importance of Communication.
Organizational Development: Business Process mapping, Gap analysis, Functional and Skills integration. Development of Automated Systems (iRecruitment, HR Self service, Employee HelpDesk). Development and implementation HR Policies, Procedures according to Industry standards, International best practices and national labor law.
Change Management: Introduce, coach, plan and manage Organizational Change resulting into management of people behavior, acceptance of such change and its penetration at every level of the organization.
We work with partners who are internationally recognized and offer extensive training platforms in various fields which can be implemented as a series of employee training courses.
